Poland Confirms Platforms for Visa Applications – No Third-Party Involvement Allowed

In an important update for global visa applicants, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi and the Consulate General in Mumbai have issued a formal notice clarifying that they do not cooperate with travel agencies, employment agents, or visa centers in processing visa applications. All applications must be submitted directly through official Polish government platforms — and not through intermediaries.

This announcement comes amid increasing concerns about fraudulent agents and misinformation regarding Polish visa slots. The diplomatic missions have reinforced that the only acceptable channels for visa application registration are:

✅ Official Platforms to Apply for Poland Visa:

1# e-Konsulat Websitehttps://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl

    • Used exclusively for national visas related to work and study purposes.
    • Applicants must register, fill out, and print their visa form before appearing at the designated VFS center.

2# VFS Global Websitehttps://visa.vfsglobal.com

    • Used for Schengen visas and other categories of national visas.
    • Appointments for visa submission are assigned electronically, either through a draw system (for work visas) or in the order of registration (for study visas).

⛔ No Preference or Fast-Track Through Agents

According to the consular offices, using intermediaries will not result in any advantage or expedited processing. Only the consul is authorized to assess applications and make decisions. Visa intermediaries play no official role, and no extra documentation apart from what is stated on the official visa guidelines is required.

⏳ Appointment Slot Allocation

  • For National Work Visas: Slots are assigned weekly through an electronic draw, and applicants are notified of their appointment date using their registered contact details.

  • For National Study Visas: Slots are assigned in the order of registration on the e-Konsulat portal and confirmation is sent directly to the applicant.

All applicants must appear in person on their assigned date at the VFS visa center and provide a printed copy of the e-Konsulat form along with supporting documents.

No Appointments by the Embassy

The Embassy and Consulate General explicitly stated they do not handle appointment scheduling and emphasized that visa application forms and appointments must be handled exclusively through the e-Konsulat or VFS systems, depending on the visa type.
