The BMW Group is offering a dynamic and rewarding internship in the Data Science team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Known for its world-class luxury vehicles, Rolls-Royce puts its clients at the center of everything it does. The Data Insights Internship aims to support Rolls-Royce’s ambition of becoming a leader in luxury retail analytics by integrating data-driven decision-making into every aspect of its customer service and CRM operations.
Interns will gain hands-on experience and take real ownership of projects from day one. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, present your findings to stakeholders, and play an active role in shaping data strategy at a global level.
Tasks
As a Data Insights Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights for CRM and customer behavior optimization.

Supporting the development and deployment of machine learning models.

Creating engaging dashboards and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.

Identifying new ways to extract value from data and improve customer personalization.

Presenting complex information in a simple, impactful manner.

Working in cross-functional teams within Rolls-Royce and the wider BMW Group.
Qualifications
Education and Certification

Enrolled in a Master’s degree program with a focus on Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar.

Strong background in data-driven disciplines with a balance of business and technology.
Experience

Hands-on proficiency in Python or R, with experience in full-cycle machine learning workflows.

Solid understanding of agile methodologies and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Prior exposure to dashboard tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
